Flynn's Forest Indoor Playground may be rented for private functions such as birthday parties or corporate/club events. Private bookings generally occur after 5pm but alternate times/extended hours may be requested.

We require a deposit of 1/2 of the rental fee that becomes non-refundable 14 days before private rental.
Private rentals include admission for up to 200 people (MAX), exclusive use of Flynn's main floor (no access to party rooms upstairs) and unlimited popcorn for your guests. Our concession also remains open for your guests’ convenience.
We can bring in pizza ($20-$24 each), fruit trays ($20 each), veggie trays ($15 each) and can do unlimited iced tea/lemonade for $15 and /or unlimited drip coffee for $15. Catering by The Chopped Leaf may also be available for private rentals. Details and pricing TBD at this time.
Rentals are allowed to bring in ONE outside food item for your guests. (This is usually cake or cupcakes, etc. We ask that the item be nut free).
We provide plates, napkins and cutlery for your guests if desired.
All Flynn’s rules and party guidelines remain in place during your rental.
Things to know before your private rental:
Everyone must wear socks, including adults
Have all your party guests sign a waiver online before attending to help speed up the admission process
No outside food or drinks, other than cake/cupcakes for the party
For weekend parties that include or are ordering pizza, and we need to have your pizza choices by the Thursday before your party, or we will order cheese pizza for your pizzas
All party “add-ons” such as pizza, fruit and veggie tray and treat bags need to be ordered at least 3 days before your party
No piñatas please
