Before you send
the invitations.
How much is the booking deposit?
A $100 deposit is required when booking your party.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 14 days before your party: 75% of the deposit is refundable. At 7–14 days: 50% is refundable. Less than 7 days before: the deposit is non-refundable.
Can we arrive early or stay after?
Yes. Enjoy the playground before and after your reserved 90-minute room time, within business hours.
What about decorations or entertainment?
Piñatas and silly string are not permitted. Party entertainment such as characters or face painting must take place inside your party room during the reserved room time.
Do guests need socks and waivers?
Yes. Everyone needs socks, including adults. A completed Flynn’s Forest waiver is required before entry.
How do we add more guests?
Choose your child guest count in online booking. Each package includes 11 children and 4 adults. Additional-child prices depend on the package; extra adults pay the applicable weekday or weekend admission.
