- WaiversEvery guest needs a completed Flynn’s Forest waiver before entry. Guests can link their waiver to your event in advance.
- SupervisionChildren must remain actively supervised by the responsible adults in your group.
- DecorationsPiñatas, silly string, glitter, and other messy decorations or crafts are not permitted.
- Socks for everyoneRequired for children and adults.

How do we get a price and book?
Call 306-382-7529 or email hello@flynns-forest.com with your date, approximate guest count, and event plans. Our team will confirm available options and pricing.
What is the cancellation policy?
More than 14 days before the event: 75% of the deposit is refundable. At 7–14 days: 50% is refundable. Less than 7 days before the event: the deposit is non-refundable. Add-ons are non-refundable once ordered.
Can we bring our own food?
Yes, private rentals may bring their own food and drinks for a $100 outside-food fee. All outside food must be nut-free. Food and drinks must stay outside the play areas.
Would a birthday package be a better fit?
If you want a private party room with playground time before and after, explore our birthday packages. Private events are for groups who want exclusive main-floor use.
