Party Booking

 Parties are back at Flynn’s Forest Indoor Playground!

Read through the information below, then click on the green box at the bottom of the page to book your Flynn’s party!

Things to know about our parties!

  • Parties are 2 hours in duration; and include1 hour of play followed by 1 hour party room time. Play may be allowed after party room time pending other (private) bookings and business hours for that day

  • No piñatas or silly string, please. Any party entertainment such as characters or face painting must only take place in the party room during the party room time

  • Each party package includes 4 adults at no charge. Additional adults may be charged admission ($3 on weekdays and $5 on weekends)

    Food and Party Favors

  • Bring in your own cake/cupcakes, no other outside food or drinks please

    • Plates, napkins and cutlery provided

    • Each party package includes 1 juice box per child

    • Additional food may be ordered in Step 3 of party booking including pizza, breadsticks, fruit trays and veggie trays

      • Party food including but not limited to popcorn, cake and pizza may ONLY be consumed in the party rooms.

  • Add on our very popular Beanie Boo coupons or Beanie Boo Treat bags to thank your guests for celebrating with you - coupons and treat bags may be added in Step 3 of party booking

  • Please note: Maximum capacity for the Small Party Room is 17 people total – with a max of 14 of those guests being children.

  • Please note: Maximum capacity for the Large Party Room is 25 people total – with a max of 22 of those guests being children

LIL FOX Party Package - with the littles in mind!!

(kids aged 6 and under, Monday-Thursday ONLY)

Party Includes: playtime, 1 hour of party room time, popcorn and juice box for each child

WEEKDAY (Monday-Thursday only): $110 plus tax for up to 8 children plus 1 free adult per paid child. Each additonal child $15, additional adults pay weekday admission ($3)

PINECONE Party Package - Simple and Sweet !!

Party Includes: playtime, 1 hour of party room time and juice box for each child

WEEKDAY: $165 plus tax for up to 11 children and 4 adults - each additional child $12, additional adults pay weekday admission ($3)

WEEKEND:$225 plus tax for up to 11 children and 4 adults - each additional child $15, additional adults pay weekend admission ($5)

PLAYGROUND Party Package - Perks for Kids and the Parents too!!

Party Includes: playtime, 1 hour of party room time, juice box for each child, 1 coffee/tea coupon per child for parent & unlimited popcorn in party room and a Beanie Boo Coupon for each child

WEEKDAY: $225 plus tax for up to 11 children and 4 adults, each additional child $15, additional adults pay weekday admission ($3)

WEEKEND: $285 plus tax for up to 11 children and 4 adults - each additional child $20, additional adults pay weekend admission ($5)

FLYNN’S FETE Party Package - Let us do all the work with our best party!! Complete with popcorn, pizza and treat bags.

Party includes: playtime, 1 hour of party room time, juice box for each child, 1 coffee/tea coupon per child for parent, pizza (24 slices), unlimited popcorn in party room, and a Beanie Boo treat bag for each child

WEEKDAY: $300 plus tax for up to 11 children and 4 adults, each additional child $20, additional adults pay weekday admission ($3)

WEEKEND: $375 plus tax for up to 11 children and 4 adults - each additional child $25, additional adults pay weekend admission ($5)

Deposit for Party Bookings

  • A deposit of $100 ($50 for Lil Fox) is required upon booking parties.

    • 75% of deposit is refundable if party is cancelled within 14 days of party.

    • A further 25% will be retained if party is cancelled between 7 and 14 days before party.

    • Deposit is non-refundable if party is cancelled less than 7 days away from party
