When can we come play?
Regular open-play hours are 9 AM–7 PM daily. Holiday and school-break hours may vary—check Plan Your Visit and our social updates before visiting.
Is there an area for toddlers?
Yes! Our dedicated toddler area is designed primarily for children ages 3 and under, with a parent or caregiver close by.
Can we bring food or drinks?
Outside food and drinks are not permitted during regular open play. Birthday parties, private rentals, and pre-booked groups have their own options—see the relevant booking page for details.
What if we visit all the time?
Monthly Play Passes and 10-Visit Punch Passes are available. See Plan Your Visit for pass options for your child’s age.
Can we celebrate a birthday during drop-in play?
Birthday celebrations with cake, gifts, or treat bags need to be booked as a Flynn’s Forest party in advance.
